The programs include activities that can be incorporated in the conference agenda during lunch breaks, receptions and coffee breaks. Our meeting experts at sales and marketing department and catering professionals at protocol office will design a reception or banquet to creatively reflect the theme of your meeting or make suggestions for entertaining or interactive concepts.
Group guests can take a break from their regular workday and get together with colleagues at the Sunset Café. This quiet time outside of the conference room and in Café’s terrace can be a restorative, bonding experience.

Our audio/visual specialists offer technical support. The following equipment are available:

Terms and Conditions: Offer subject to availability as determined by the hotel. Valid for groups with ten or more room nights. Offer may change without notice. Upon group's payment of the final invoice, donations of five percent of guest room revenue (excluding taxes and service charge) will be made by The Espinas Hotels to the group's 501 (c) (3) charity of choice and to the Community Footprints Fund (benefiting disadvantaged children, hunger and poverty relief and environmental conservation).
